When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, your entire order will ship once the final pre-order item becomes available in our warehouse.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on CDs, Vinyl, and DVDs within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and still in their original shrink-wrap. Defective items can be exchanged for the same title.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our music and merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
